Poi linear isolations and linear extensions–they are probably the two most useful tools I have learned in all my years as a poi spinner for dissecting and working through a multitude of poi tricks! I’ll show you how you can use both tools to build up shapes like antispin flowers as well as poi body tracers like snakes and so many others! These two tricks are like a rosetta stone for unlocking a variety of different intermediate poi tricks!
