Well it’s official, friends: I’m kind of struggling right now. But it’s okay not to be okay because we’re all going through this together right now. I spent a lot of the past week really struggling to keep myself engaged and found that because of that I wasn’t giving myself space for the things that I enjoy. Here is the story of how I found my way back to okay and why I think it means we should all be taking some space for self care right now.
