This month’s flow focuses on level changes as I explore poi dancing both as low and as high as I can go! Poi spinning is notoriously vulnerable to the pull of gravity, so I’m playing with some ideas for what I can do with my poi choreography when I’m low to the ground as well as when I’m getting up high! Bonus: I’m really loving this track “Might Not Make it Home” from LPX that featured in a new show I’m enjoying called “Invincible” on Amazon. I was a huge fan of the comic and the show seems to be an adaptation that’s captured the spirit of the comic well. Plus it has an amazing soundtrack!
